As
new energy vehicles evolve towards 800V high-voltage fast-charging
platforms, the requirements for heat dissipation and insulation in
battery packs are becoming increasingly stringent. "ShenGui Tech," a
leading domestic electronic material supplier, today released a
liquid fluorosilicone rubber-based
thermal interface material designed specifically for high-voltage
environments, providing a new solution for power battery thermal
management.
This new thermal gel uses modified
fluorosilicone raw gum as the main body, combined with the excellent performance of inorganic
thermal fillers. Compared to traditional silicone products, it maintains
a high thermal conductivity while possessing superior dielectric
strength, effectively preventing high-voltage arcing risks. Tests show
that the material does not separate oil and water in long-term
high-temperature and high-humidity environments and is non-corrosive to
metals like aluminum and copper.
Furthermore, the production process of this material utilizes high-purity
ethyl silicone oil as a processing aid, ensuring flowability and stability in automated
dispensing equipment. Currently, the material has passed validation by
several top automakers and is expected to be mass-produced and installed
in vehicles in the second half of this year.
