USAGE
Liquid fluorosilicone rubber is divided into component A and component B, packaged separately. When in use, the component A and component B are mixed completely on the three-roller grinder or planetary mixer according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then defoaming treatment, mold pressing and coating curing. Or if you use an injection molding machine, you can operate directly the vulcanization process by the platform.
The customer shall decide the optimum curing temperature and time according to the product dimensions and curing methods.
PACKAGE
20kg boxes.
STORAGE
Must be stored in a cool dry environment, and shelf life is 1 year when the original package is kept.Avoid contact with compounds containing elements such as nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and heavy metals, which may cause degradation.
