New Fluorosilicone Series Launched, Tackling Extreme Temperature and Oil Resistance Challenges

Hits: 55 img

Addressing the dual challenges of oil resistance and wide-temperature stability in the new energy vehicle and aerospace sectors, a next-generation matrix of fluorosilicone rubber products has been unveiled. The core of this series includes addition-cure liquid fluorosilicones, room-temperature vulcanizing potting compounds, and specialized sealing agents, maintaining excellent elasticity and sealing performance across extreme temperatures ranging from -60°C to 200°C. Notably, fluorosilicones dedicated to turbocharger hoses and low-voltage applications significantly extend service life in fuel and lubricating oil environments. Complemented by auxiliaries such as methyl fluorosilicone oils and hydride fluorosilicone oils, this solution provides reliable assurance for fluid control under complex conditions, enabling zero-leakage operation in harsh environments.
