Addressing
rigorous challenges in aerospace, new energy, and ultra-high voltage
sectors, a new "Comprehensive Fluorosilicone and Phenyl Silicone
Material Solution" was officially launched today. This integrated
portfolio combines addition-cure liquid fluorosilicones, oil-resistant
sealants, and radiation-tolerant phenyl milling compounds, successfully
resolving sealing failures across a wide temperature range of -70°C to
260°C.
Key
products include oil-resistant fluorosilicone rubbers designed for
turbocharger hoses and methylphenylvinyl silicone rubbers for deep space
exploration, the latter maintaining superior insulation under intense
radiation. Additionally, a new range of functionalized fluorosilicone
oils (hydride, vinyl, etc.) offers flexible modification options for
precision electronic potting. Industry experts believe this end-to-end
upgrade from raw materials to specialty formulations will significantly
enhance the reliability and service life of China's high-end equipment
in extreme environments.
