Hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil has recently made significant technological breakthroughs in the specialty materials cross-linking sector. This functional fluorosilicone oil, with its unique active hydrogen structure, has become a key component in high-performance cross-linking systems, providing new technical pathways for the innovative development of specialty rubber products.

Research indicates that through the active Si-H bonds in its molecules, hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil can efficiently react with various unsaturated groups to form stable three-dimensional network structures either at room temperature or under heating. After 72 hours of aging tests at 250°C, the materials retain more than 85% of their original mechanical properties, demonstrating exceptional thermal stability and durability.

Sealants cross-linked with this material effectively resist corrosion from lithium battery electrolytes, providing reliable sealing protection for new energy equipment. Meanwhile, its exceptional UV resistance also makes it an ideal material for solar module encapsulation, maintaining long-term stability in harsh outdoor environments.
