Fluorosilicone oil introduces
trifluoropropyl groups into its molecular chain, endowing it with
extremely strong chemical inertness and oil/water repellency. It
maintains stable lubricity across a wide temperature range of -40°C to
200°C and exhibits excellent resistance to various chemical solvents,
aviation fuels, and strong acids/alkalis. Relying on this anti-fouling
and corrosion-resistant characteristic, it is widely used as a lubricant
for precision instrument transmission systems, anti-fouling coatings,
and defoamers for non-aqueous systems, serving as a core process
additive in extreme chemical environments.
