Silicon-nitrogen
rubber replaces traditional silicon-oxygen bonds with silicon-nitrogen
bonds, breaking the temperature ceiling of conventional silicone
materials. It can maintain long-term thermal stability in extreme
high-temperature environments above 400°C, and even withstand scorching
temperatures of 500°C for short periods. Relying on this outstanding
heat resistance, it is widely used in high-temperature seals for
aerospace, special fireproof and thermal insulation materials, and
high-temperature coatings, serving as an indispensable core material in
extreme high-temperature working conditions.
