Fluorosilicone
oil introduces fluoroalkyl groups (such as trifluoropropyl) into the
siloxane backbone, combining the flexibility of silicone with the
chemical inertness of fluorocarbons. It not only maintains stable
fluidity across a broad temperature range of -60°C to 200°C but also
exhibits excellent resistance to oil, solvents, and corrosion. Thanks to
its low surface tension and superior insulation properties, it is
widely used in aviation hydraulic system lubrication, precision
electronic component encapsulation, and special anti-corrosion coatings.
