Description

This product is based on the technical characteristics of automobile turbocharging. It uses fluorosilicone elastomer as the base rubber and adopts a unique formula process to obtain a special fluorosilicone rubber that meets the stringent requirements of high and low temperature resistance and fuel resistance for the turbocharger tube. During production, it can be directly calendered and laminated with methyl silicone rubber and co-vulcanized without special treatment. The process is simple and can be widely used in markets such as automotive turbocharger pipes and oil-resistant pipe fittings for mechanical equipment.

*Meeting heat resistance requirements requires the addition of heat-resistant additives 

 

Processing suggestions:

Add 1.0 parts of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide vulcanizing agent (DCBP)

One-stage vulcanization (hot air): 180℃×30 minutes

Second stage vulcanization (hot air): 200℃×2 hours

This vulcanization system is suitable for manual or mechanical winding hoses. The inside of the hose is a single layer of fluorosilicone rubber (the thickness is 0.5~1mm), and the outside is made of multi-layer woven fabric sandwich silicone.

If customers require other vulcanization temperatures, they must change the vulcanization system.

 

Packaging: 

Plastic bags, ten kilograms per bag, two bags per box. Stored in a ventilated and dry environment, the validity period is two years.

 

Notes:

1. This product has cold flow properties, so avoid damage to the packaging bag during transportation and use.

2. This product should be kept neutral and avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances.
