Description

IOTA-F4361 is a silicone fluorosilicone rubber, which is formed by thermal vulcanization after adding a vulcanizing agent (the vulcanizing agent is selected according to the process requirements).

 

Advantages 

This product is based on the technical characteristics of automobile turbocharging. It uses fluorosilicone elastomer as the base rubber and adopts a unique formula process to obtain a special fluorosilicone rubber that meets the stringent requirements of high and low temperature resistance and fuel resistance for the turbocharger tube. During production, it can be directly calendered and laminated with methyl silicone rubber and co-vulcanized without special treatment. The process is simple and can be widely used in markets such as automotive turbocharger pipes and oil-resistant pipe fittings for mechanical equipment.

vulcanization conditions

Add 1.0 parts of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide vulcanizing agent (DCBP)

One-stage vulcanization (hot air): 180℃×30 minutes

Second stage vulcanization (hot air): 200℃×2 hours

*Meeting heat resistance requirements requires the addition of heat-resistant additives

 

Processing suggestions:

Add 1.0 parts of bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide vulcanizing agent (DCBP)

One-stage vulcanization (hot air): 180℃×30 minutes

Second stage vulcanization (hot air): 200℃×2 hours

This vulcanization system is suitable for manual or mechanical wound hoses. The inside of the hose is a single layer of fluorosilicone rubber (the calendered thickness is 0.5~1mm), the exterior is made of multi-layer woven fabric sandwiched with silicone.

If customers require other vulcanization temperatures, they must change the vulcanization system.

Can be used for molded products, injection molding and extruded tube forming products; has good mechanical properties

 

Product packaging: 20Kg per box

 

Storage period:

IOTA F4361 should be stored in the original unopened packaging below 40℃ for 12 months from the date of production.
