Description

IOTA-MF961 is a fluorosilicone silicone compound that is formed by thermal vulcanization after adding a vulcanizing agent (the vulcanizing agent is selected according to the process requirements).

 

Advantages: easy to process

Lower compression set

Good mechanical properties, high strength and resilience

Excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance and high and low temperature resistance

vulcanization conditions

Add 0.7 parts of Bi25, first-stage vulcanization: 170℃×15min, second-stage vulcanization: 200℃×4h

*Meeting heat resistance requirements requires the addition of heat-resistant additives

 

Processing suggestions:

It is recommended to use 0.6 to 1 part of bis-penta-sulfide curing agent (2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane).

Customers should determine the most appropriate vulcanization temperature and time based on product size and vulcanization method.

 

Application: 

Can be used for molded products, injection molding and extruded tube forming products; has good mechanical properties

 

Product packaging: 20Kg per box

 

Storage period:

MF961 should be stored in the unopened original packaging below 40℃ for 12 months from the date of production.
