(IOTA- MF260 series)
Description:
IOTA MF260 is a silicone compound that is formed by thermal vulcanization after adding a vulcanizing agent (the vulcanizing agent is selected according to the process requirements).
Advantages: 1. Easy to process
2. Good mechanical properties, high strength and resilience
3. Excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance and high and low temperature resistance, low dielectric loss of transformer oil

Processing suggestions:
It is recommended to use 0.6 to 1 part of bis-penta-sulfide curing agent (2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane).
Customers should determine the most appropriate vulcanization temperature and time based on product size and vulcanization method.

Can be used for molded products, injection molding and extruded tube forming products; has good mechanical properties

Storage period:
IOTA MF260 should be stored in unopened original packaging below 40℃ for 12 months from the date of production.
